Your items are carefully inspected and secured properly prior to shipping. Everyday we deliver hundreds of packages to our customers from all over the world. It is important to note that orders with multiple items are processed according to the specific item.

Prior to shipment, we inspect the ordered items thoroughly. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hrs. The estimated delivery time is between 3 and 7 days.

Returns

We do not control the inventory in our factory and warehouse. The levels of stock can change at any time. It's possible that the stock may run out after your order has been processed.

The period of time is 30 days. We are unable to return or exchange your purchase if it has been 30 days since the purchase.

In order to be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same state as when you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
