Our rope and leather collars are handcrafted in our studio in New York from domestic leather and US manufactured up-cycled marine-grade rope. Attached to each collar is a stamped FOUND tag to celebrate adoption awareness. Each collar is unique, just like your pet!

Prompt Shipping and Professional Packing
We can offer a variety of shipping options because of our long-term relationship with UPS FedEx DHL. Our warehouse staff will package every item to our exacting specifications. Your items are carefully inspected and secured properly prior to shipping. Everyday we deliver hundreds of packages to our customers from all over the world. This is a sign of our commitment to be the largest online retailer worldwide. Both Europe and the USA have distribution and warehouse centres.
It is important to note that orders with multiple items are processed according to the specific item.
Prior to shipment, we inspect the ordered items thoroughly. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hrs. The estimated delivery time is between 3 and 7 days.
Returns
We do not control the inventory in our factory and warehouse. The levels of stock can change at any time. It's possible that the stock may run out after your order has been processed.
The period of time is 30 days. We are unable to return or exchange your purchase if it has been 30 days since the purchase.
In order to be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same state as when you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
